402 “City of Winnipeg” Squadron is a dynamic, multi-dimensional aircrew training facility. Our mission is to produce wings-qualified Air Combat Systems Officers and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators who support Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) operations both domestically and internationally.
