Force Fitness

Military Unit PT classes run at various times Mon-Fri at B90 and B21.

FORCE Clinics and FORCE Prep classes are open to all military personnel who:

  • were previously unsuccessful on their FORCE test

  • are looking to train for their upcoming FORCE test

Force Clinics

Allows members to practice some or all of the FORCE test components, get tips on improving technique, or training advice from the Fitness Instructors.

Force Prep

FORCE Prep classes: are structured like a regular circuit training style fitness class.  Participants will get a full workout that is tailored specifically to improving performance on the FORCE test.  The class can be modified by the Fitness Instructor to accommodate any fitness level, whether you’re looking simply to pass the test, or go for that Platinum Incentive!
