Over the last 4 months, Ashley successfully fulfilled the responsibilities of not only her own position, but also of the Supervisory position after the incumbent unexpectedly suffered an injury requiring immediate long-term Sick leave. Ashley displayed incredible levels of adaptation and ability to absorb information, quickly acquiring the training, permissions, and skills required to take on the role. Despite many obstacles and struggles, Ashley's efforts allowed the admin of WFoods to be maintained without any cause for concern. After a long night shift at 402 Sqn, a volunteer was required to remain with the airbus 330 that extended their stay prior deploying the troops for Op Renaissance. This was a last minute request and Cpl Philip Kargut volunteered their Friday night until Saturday morning to accomplish this important mission.
Frances Ogilvie
On 17 Nov 24 just before midnight, my vehicle slid onto the shoulder, the shoulder broke from underneath me, and my car flipped two to three revolutions. I jokingly sent a message to Frances saying I fell asleep and crashed. She offered to come and get, me, I advised against it but she insisted. I transported my stuff to her vehicle, and she drove me home. For reference, I live 40KM away from her. If anyone deserves a nomination for being awesome, it's her.
